FireDash Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Wrights Creative Services, L.L.C. ("FireDash", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on firedash.us and all of its subdomains (including online., resident., risk., water., insured., developer., support., verify., share. and demo.firedash.us), firedash.mobi, and firedash.ai. It supplements our Privacy Policy. The FireDash mobile apps do not use browser cookies; this policy covers the websites only.

1. WHAT COOKIES ARE

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. "Local storage" is a similar browser feature that lets a site keep information on your device. Some are strictly necessary for a site to work; others are optional and, depending on where you are, are used only with your permission.

2. YOUR CHOICES

Outside the United States (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we ask before using any optional cookie. Nothing optional is set until you choose Accept all or switch a category on, and Reject all is always one click away.
In the United States, optional cookies are on by default and you can opt out at any time.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC) or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a refusal of every optional cookie and as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, whatever you chose before, and we show a confirmation that we detected it. See section 12 of the Privacy Policy.
One choice for the whole family. Your choice on firedash.us applies to all of its subdomains. firedash.mobi and firedash.ai are separate websites and ask separately, as do riskdash.us and waterdash.us, which each publish their own Cookie Policy.
Changing your mind. Use Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of the page, or the round privacy button in the corner of pages without a footer. Withdrawing consent deletes the optional cookies we can reach and stops them from being set again.
How long a choice lasts. Your choice is stored in the fd_consent cookie in each browser. We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if we add new cookies or new partners.
Browser controls. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of FireDash from working, including signing in.

3. COOKIES AND STORAGE WE USE

Durations are the longest a cookie can last; clearing your browser data removes them sooner.

Strictly necessary (always on)

Required for FireDash to work: signing in, keeping your session secure, bot checks on sign-up forms, and remembering the privacy choices you make here. These are always on.

Analytics (optional)

Google Analytics shows us how visitors find and use FireDash, so we can fix problems and improve it.

Referrals (optional)

Remembers the FireDash referral link you arrived through, so whoever referred your department gets credit if it signs up. Nothing is shared with advertisers.

4. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

With your consent (in the United States, unless you opt out), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how FireDash is used. When it runs, Google receives information such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and your IP address, and gives us aggregate reports. We use Google Consent Mode: until you allow Analytics, the Google Analytics script does not load at all. How Google uses this information is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. FireDash does not advertise with Google, so Consent Mode's advertising signals are always set to denied.

5. RECORDS OF YOUR CHOICE

When you make or change a choice, we record the random consent identifier stored in your fd_consent cookie, the choice, the page you were on, and the time, so that we can show consent was given. The record contains no IP address and no browser details. We keep these records for 36 months.

6. CHANGES AND CONTACT

We will update this policy when the cookies we use change, and change the date above. If we add a new optional category or partner, we will ask for your choice again. Questions: legal@firedash.us.
