FireDash Referral Program

Refer a fire department. Earn a reward.

FireDash works best when every hydrant in a community is on the map. Help us get there — share FireDash with the fire department, water utility, HOA, or public works team responsible for the hydrants around you. When they sign up and log their first hydrant, you earn a reward.

Reward
Account credit on every qualifying referral
Reward is issued after the referred agency signs up via your link and logs their first hydrant in FireDash. See the Program Rules below for current reward amounts and eligibility.
How it works

Four steps from signup to reward.

Every FireDash Residential account comes with a unique referral code. Share it, and we'll handle the rest.

1

Create a free account

Grab FireDash for Residents on iOS, Android, or the web. Every account gets a unique referral code automatically.

2

Share your code

Send your code or link to the fire department, utility, HOA, or public works team responsible for the hydrants in your area.

3

They sign up & map

They create a FireDash for Departments account using your code and log their first hydrant in the system.

4

You earn the reward

Your referral is marked qualified and your reward is issued. Track signups, pending, and rewarded referrals in your hub.

Who can you refer?

Anyone responsible for hydrant maintenance.

If they own, maintain, or inspect hydrants — they're a fit. The agency you refer signs up to FireDash for Departments using your code.

Where do I find my referral code?

Sign in to your FireDash for Residents account and open Referrals in your hub. Your code and shareable link appear at the top of the page along with your signup/rewarded/pending counts.

Do I need to be a fire department to participate?

No. Any FireDash for Residents account holder can refer. The agency you refer needs to be the one responsible for hydrants in an area — usually a fire department, water utility, public works team, or HOA.

When is the reward issued?

The reward is issued after the referred agency completes two things: (1) signs up to FireDash for Departments using your referral code or link, and (2) logs at least one hydrant in the system. Until both happen, the referral stays in Pending.

Is there a limit on referrals?

No cap on how many agencies you can refer. Each qualifying referral earns its own reward. Self-referrals, duplicate agencies, and accounts that don't log a hydrant don't qualify.

What if the agency is already on FireDash?

Existing FireDash agencies aren't eligible — the reward is for net-new signups. If you're not sure, search the Fire Department Finder — a designation badge will show if the agency is already on the platform.
